We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing team. The role involves welding and assembling metal components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets required quality specifications and safety standards within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG welding on a range of metal components, including mild and stainless steel.
- Work from engineering drawings, jigs, and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Perform basic inspections and identify any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- MIG welding qualification (e.g. Level 2, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Desirable:
- Experience working within automotive or metal fabrication industries.

Shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.
