We are recruiting for an experienced

Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a clean water mains renewal project in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water mains renewal works.
  • Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and implement RAMS and permits.
  • Liaise with the client, Project Manager, and wider delivery team.
  • Maintain site records and ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and Street Works requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous Site Manager experience within the water or utilities industry .
  • Proven experience delivering clean water mains renewal or replacement projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
