We are recruiting for an experienced
Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a clean water mains renewal project in Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water mains renewal works.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Deliver toolbox talks and implement RAMS and permits.
- Liaise with the client, Project Manager, and wider delivery team.
- Maintain site records and ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and Street Works requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Site Manager experience within the water or utilities industry .
- Proven experience delivering clean water mains renewal or replacement projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
