A Guildford‑based company is looking for a self‑motivated, accountable, professional, and skilled Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, servicing clients across London and the South of the UK. Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in drainage works (essential)
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Carry out CCTV drain surveys and provide clear reports.
  • Diagnose issues across foul water and fresh water systems.
  • Undertake Repairs Including:
    • No‑dig solutions (resin lining/patching)
    • Excavation and dig‑down repairs
    • Install inspection chambers and route new pipework.
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Upsell additional works where appropriate.
  • Complete detailed job reports and survey documentation.
  • Liaise with the office daily, updating on progress.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Strong drainage experience, including CCTV surveys
  • Knowledge of no‑dig repair techniques (resin lining, etc.)
  • Experience with excavation and pipe installation
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Confidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunities
