A Guildford‑based company is looking for a self‑motivated, accountable, professional, and skilled Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, servicing clients across London and the South of the UK. Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in drainage works (essential)
- Full clean driving licence

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Carry out CCTV drain surveys and provide clear reports.
- Diagnose issues across foul water and fresh water systems.
- Undertake Repairs Including:
- No‑dig solutions (resin lining/patching)
- Excavation and dig‑down repairs
- Install inspection chambers and route new pipework.
- Identify issues and recommend solutions to customers.
- Upsell additional works where appropriate.
- Complete detailed job reports and survey documentation.
- Liaise with the office daily, updating on progress.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong drainage experience, including CCTV surveys
- Knowledge of no‑dig repair techniques (resin lining, etc.)
- Experience with excavation and pipe installation
- A proactive, can‑do attitude
- Confidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written English and reporting skills
