We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a clean water mains renewal project in Bournemouth.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water mains renewal works.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress.
Deliver toolbox talks and implement RAMS and permits.
Liaise with the client, Project Manager, and wider delivery team.
Maintain site records and ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and Street Works requirements.
Requirements: Previous Site Manager experience within the water or utilities industry.
Proven experience delivering clean water mains renewal or replacement projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Essential: SMSTSCSCS Card EUSR Water Hygiene First Aid at Work Full UK Driving Licence
- Desirable: NRSWA Supervisor Temporary Works Coordinator Confined Space IOSH or NEBOSH
