DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Global Marketing Leader – Reverse Osmosis (RO) to define and drive the global growth strategy for this dynamic business. This leadership role owns the global marketing agenda for Reverse Osmosis across various markets. The successful candidate will lead strategy development, portfolio direction, innovation, channel excellence, go-to-market effectiveness, and commercial execution across all regions.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, marketing leadership, channel expertise, and execution discipline, with a proven ability to translate market insights into sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Impact Areas- Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and execute global market-back growth strategies across key RO segments. Identify where to defend market share, accelerate growth, or compete through scale and cost leadership.
- Innovation & Portfolio Leadership: Drive profitable growth through product innovation and beyond products. Shape the global RO portfolio roadmap and lead the commercialization of new products and services.
- Channel & Go-to-Market Excellence: Establish the global channel architecture and drive channel effectiveness, partner development, customer engagement, and demand generation programs.
- Marketing Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead and develop a global network of Global Segment Managers and Regional Marketing Managers. Build strong partnerships with various teams.
- Commercial Performance & Business Results: Monitor revenue growth, market share, margin performance, and develop KPI frameworks that connect strategy to execution.
What You'll Bring
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial leadership function.
