We require a Field Service Engineer based in the north of England. The role will involve servicing and repairing our premium quality range of floor cleaning and steam machines. We require someone with a technical/mechanical aptitude who preferably has experience of working on small electrical/mechanical equipment. Full training will be given. After training, this role will also involve training and installation of our range of high-performance cleaning machines to end-user clients.
As this is an important customer-facing role, an outgoing and friendly personality will be an asset. A fully financed company van and phone will be supplied, and this is a full-time permanent position. The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and complete tasks to a high standard. Basic IT skills plus excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required. Full support will be given to organize the area and working operation to achieve the best results.
