REMOTE WORKING / Working from Home Permanent - Professional Services Engineer / Consultant (Contact Centre Focus, AI solutions in UC / Unified Communications). I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading technology client for a Professional Services Engineer who will play a key role in deploying contact centre solutions with a strong focus on AI driven solutions deployment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, running workshops, delivering innovative projects who has an interest in learning more about Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
The role:
