Fully remote working from home in the UK. The role involves digital treatment design, planning, and support. We are working with a highly respected client in the dental technology sector, who is looking for a bright and enthusiastic dental technician with experience in CAD/CAM, CBCT, and dental implants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with digital workflows, learn new products, and play a key role in delivering precision implant planning and guide design solutions for a global client base.
Dental Support and Design Technician - the role:- Collaborating with clinicians to propose implant treatment plans and create validated surgical guide designs ready for export (60% of the role).
- Responding to technical and clinical design queries via email, messaging platforms, or phone, ensuring exceptional customer service (20%).
- Troubleshooting and resolving design or technical issues, maintaining compliance with clinical and technical standards.
- Continuously developing your knowledge of dental planning software and CAD-CAM technology.
Full training will be given but, at a base level, the client seeks someone with:
- A reasonable understanding of CAD/CAM.
- The ability to read (at a basic level) X-Rays and CBCT scans.
- An understanding of implants and restorations process and protocols.
It's a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, but with a focus on clients in EMEA, the core hours will likely be earlier - 8am-4.30pm - with perhaps an option to work earlier (and finish earlier) too.
Salary to £34,000 + 25 days holiday, up to 6% pension, 4x life insurance, and other health-related benefits.
