The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Purpose: Manage works on site to deliver to the programme and budget.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of works on site to ensure they are carried out safely.
  • Continually monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the RAMS and address where necessary.
  • Ensure works are carried out to the specification and quality records are in place to demonstrate such.
  • Work with Planner to report on progress and review the 3 week look ahead programme.
  • Reporting on KPIs for the project on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing works on site and ensuring the resources are in place to meet the programme in the coming weeks.
  • Lead on site to embody the H&S ethos of the business is embraced by all.
  • Helping to manage Subcontractors.
  • Manage Site Surveyors to ensure they are setting out ahead of work.
  • Manage Site Engineers to ensure ITPs are followed and recorded correctly.
  • Works are planned and carried out efficiently.
  • Build a relationship with client.
  • Overall Quality Plan for the project is followed.
  • RAMS are always in place to allow works to commence and these are reviewed as required.
  • Reporting on KPIs and driving improvement by motivating the workforce.

Skills + experience:

  • SSSTS.
  • 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree.
  • Temporary Works Supervisor.
  • Clean driving license.
  • MS Office literate.

Core competencies:

  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself to improve daily.
  • Working as part of the Site team and also integrating with all aspects of the Duo business.
