PURPOSE Ensure Estimates are compiled and submitted efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Review of tender documents to determine risks, opportunities and the costs to deliver the project.
  • Assist to develop the methodology and programme to deliver the projects.
  • Completing tender queries and working with portals to communicate with Clients.
  • Completing tender documentation and quality submissions to meet project case studies etc.
  • Developing within the Duo business to understand our offering and what opportunity a project might bring to the larger group.
  • Building relationships with the business development function within our key client base.
  • Working on ECIs to develop costs as the project evolves.

Success measures

  • Tenders are planned and returned on time.
  • Focus on meeting deadlines to allow review and risks to be understood.
  • Producing tender handover packs to pass to delivery team.
  • Ability to identify opportunities on projects where Duo have a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years on site experience.
  • Causeway Estimating an advantage.
  • P6 / MS Project Experience an advantage.

  • Working as part of the team and also integrating with all aspects of the Duo business.
