This is a business with real momentum. It has grown quickly in recent years, taking on larger and more complex projects for main contractors, developers and public sector clients across the UK. This is a key role in helping the business grow. You'll sit at the centre of the bid process, working with estimating, commercial and operations to turn technical input into clear, persuasive submissions that win work. There's real variety in the role, from the range of tenders and clients to the different people you'll work with, and you'll have genuine influence on how the business presents itself to the market. You'll report to the Estimating Manager. What you'll do Manage inbound tender enquiries from first contact through to award, tracking deadlines, requirements and ownership. Pull together input from across the business and shape it into compelling, compliant submissions. Take charge of quality, including proofing, formatting and version control. Build and maintain a library of reusable content such as method statements, CVs and case studies. Complete PQQs/SPDs and SSIP assessments, and keep the company's accreditations and supporting evidence up to date (e.g. CHAS, Constructionline). Support client audits and due-diligence requests, working with HSQE, HR and commercial colleagues. Keep the CRM accurate as the central record of bids and pipeline. Feed lessons learned from delivery back into future bids. What you'll bring Proven experience coordinating tenders from enquiry to submission, with several live bids at once and tight deadlines. Hands-on experience completing PQQs, SSIP assessments or framework compliance submissions. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft accurate, persuasive content. Working knowledge of public and/or private sector procurement, ideally in construction, civils, landscaping or the wider built environment. Strong candidates from related sectors are welcome. Confident CRM and bid-tracking skills, and strong Word and Excel. A bonus: InDesign or similar design skills, knowledge of Scottish and UK public sector frameworks, or experience owning company accreditations.
