They employ their own skilled tradespeople, such as stonemasons, slaters, leadworkers and joiners. The business is part of a larger group and is growing, so they're investing in their commercial team. The role You'll take charge of the money side of a portfolio of live restoration projects. That means making sure the work is measured, priced, agreed with the client and paid for properly. You'll work closely with the Commercial Manager, project managers and directors, with real responsibility from your first week.
