  • Increase referral activity and revenue from existing partnerships while identifying and securing new accountancy firm relationships
  • Develop and expand strategic referral and intermediary channels, including corporate finance firms, independent advisers, legal and professional services firms, and private client networks
  • Design and deliver commercially attractive partnership propositions to drive long-term growth
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the sales function, embedding clear KPIs, accountability, and high-performance standards
  • Drive sales activity, team performance, and revenue delivery, fostering a results-focused and high-growth culture
  • Personally win and convert high-value opportunities while maintaining a strong, well-managed sales pipeline
  • Deliver against individual and team revenue targets, driving commercial outcomes across multiple service offerings
  • Ensure accurate CRM management, pipeline reporting, and forecasting discipline (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Experience improving and scaling sales team performance
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Confident engaging senior decision-makers
