As a CFTS-accredited and SafeContractor-certified company, we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service to all our customers. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work across the Central Belt and Lowlands, carrying out servicing, repairs, and inspections on a variety of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment at customer sites. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our rental fleet of approximately 300 machines. A company service vehicle will be provided.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants with a broad mechanical background. You could come from:
- Forklift engineering
- Plant or agricultural machinery
- Heavy commercial vehicles
- Cars or light vans
Essential requirements:
- Time-served mechanic/engineer
- Strong mechanical skills (diesel, electric, LPG equipment desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and hands-on
- Full UK driving licence
Full training will be provided where needed.
