Are you looking to grow your career with a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy? We’re a respected and expanding engineering practice in Cornwall looking to welcome two Structural Engineers into our team:
- Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer (1-2 years' experience)
- Experienced / Senior Structural Engineer (4-5+ years' experience)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, hands-on business working across a wide portfolio of residential and commercial projects throughout the region.
The Opportunity:
- Work on diverse projects ranging from small domestic alterations to multi-million-pound developments
- Full project lifecycle involvement: design, client interaction, budgeting, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with planning and architectural teams
- Clear scope for progression, increased responsibility, and commercial exposure
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer: 1-2 years' post-graduation experience within a UK consultancy, BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, working towards chartership, strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients
- Experienced / Senior Structural Engineer: 4-5+ years' consultancy experience, Chartered or working towards chartership, commercially aware with solid client-facing experience, comfortable leading projects and contributing beyond core design duties
General Requirements:
- Strong technical design and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles
- Interest or experience in Party Wall work (desirable)
- Office-based with regular site visits as required
