Dunwall are working on behalf of a well-established, family-run materials handling business with an excellent reputation across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Aftersales Manager looking to take ownership of a busy service operation within a stable and growing business.
Our client specialises in forklift sales, servicing, repairs, hire and materials handling solutions and has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to customers across Scotland.

As Automotive Service and Workshop Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department, managing a team of 8 field service engineers alongside workshop activities at the company's depot. You will coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs and breakdown activities, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of customer service. You will also oversee the maintenance and availability of the company's hire fleet, workshop operations, health & safety compliance and overall service performance.
