This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge agricultural machinery, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customers get the very best from their equipment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Agricultural Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering machinery demonstrations, supporting product installations, and providing expert after-sales assistance.

You will be the face of the business in the field, showcasing equipment capabilities and ensuring customers receive a professional and positive experience from delivery through to ongoing support.

As our Heavy Equipment Product Demonstrator you will

  • Plan, transport, install and demonstrate agricultural machinery across our trading area.
  • Deliver and commission new and used machinery to customers.
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our workshop team to prepare machinery for demonstrations and delivery.
  • Maintain equipment presentation to the highest standards.
  • Produce and support marketing content relating to demonstrations and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Attend manufacturer and product training to continually expand technical knowledge.
  • Promote and follow Company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, workshop and management teams regarding opportunities and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experienced agricultural machinery operator.
  • Knowledge of guidance systems, telemetry and precision farming technology.
  • Strong mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of agricultural machinery and parts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
