The Role
As Automotive Service and Workshop Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department, managing a team of 8 field service engineers alongside workshop activities at the company's depot. You will coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs and breakdown activities, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of customer service. The role will involve regular communication with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will also oversee the maintenance and availability of the company's hire fleet, workshop operations, health & safety compliance and overall service performance. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this position offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy within a respected and growing business.

- Knowledge of workshop health & safety requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
