  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, organised work area in line with Health & Safety and 5S standards.

About You

We're looking for a practical, motivated individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for quality.

You'll ideally have experience within a manufacturing, engineering, electronics, optical, aerospace or precision assembly environment, although candidates with transferable technical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong practical and hands‑on technical skills.
  • Experience following and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • The ability to interpret engineering information and technical documentation.
  • Experience creating or following work instructions.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, MES systems or similar manufacturing software.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency and yield.
