Responsibilities:
- You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel; you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and perform general administrative duties.
- Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
