Responsibilities

You will ensure that the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. Carrying out night audits and duty management duties whilst ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of guest service.

About the hotel

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is a 4*, 166-bedroom property. Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
