We are looking for a Production Manager to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a constantly growing family‑run, international business currently employing over 550 people across our 14 UK sites. With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists distributing our products using our fleet to reach our wonderful customers.
The Role
This job is based out of our Stockton‑on‑Tees site TS19 9PB and involves Production Management.
- Being trained to become competent on the use of all production machinery
- Being trained to become competent at production and fabrication processes
- Trained to understand basic production manuals / product design drawings
- Trained to manage production schedules & programming
- Meet production targets/output, as directed
- Check and maintain the quality of all products
- Adhere to all H&S regulations
- Maintain the tidiness of your workspace and the production floor
- Carry out all other requests from management on an ad hoc or regular basis as required.
Requirements
- Production management experience (Preferable Timber Production)
- Resource management
- Right to work in the UK

What We Offer
- Monday to Thursday 07h30 - 16h30 and Friday 07h30 - 13h30
- £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
