We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee, with a background in Manufacturing or Engineering. This role will give you the opportunity to learn about and be involved in Product Manufacturing. Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a vibrant growing family run, international business currently employing over 450 people across our 11 UK sites. With over 30 years experience of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers. You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a 2.1 Technical degree, (BEng or MEng) as well as being able to demonstrate a can do and hands on attitude. Furthermore, you will need to be able to display strong management skills such as assertiveness and good use of initiative, as well as administration skills and time management in order to succeed You will be involved in regular training sessions and meetings, as well as having the ability to develop your management skills. You will be trained in techniques and skills. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make decisions that will heavily influence your career path and be responsible for grasping all opportunities that may arise.
