We are looking for a Graduate Management Trainee to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

This year alone, we’ve expanded even further — opening four new sites and now employing over 550 amazing people across 15 locations across the UK. For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about designing, manufacturing, and retailing quality garden lifestyle products that help our customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. As garden building specialists, we’re proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.
The Role
This job is based out of our Witham Branch – CM8 3HY and involves supporting the branch manager with wider branch activities in all departments.
- Accurately record and maintain data, supporting performance tracking and analysis.
- Work with spreadsheets and reports to analyse production efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support daily operations by collaborating across departments and assisting in workload planning and scheduling.
- Assist with load building, coordination of outgoing shipments, and related logistics.
- Perform and document quality checks, reporting defects or process deviations as required.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, participating in safety checks and toolbox talks.
- Observe and document workflows, contributing to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required to support operational goals and personal development.
Requirements
- 2:1 or above in a relevant degree
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to learn and understand legal frameworks
- Experience with Driver Hours Regulations and Vehicle Roadworthiness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer Literate
What We Offer
Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 08:00 and 17:30. £27,000 29 days including bank holidays. Referral Programme
