We are looking for 6 Windows/Doors Fabricators to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role

This job is based out of our Bedford Branch – MK41 0LF and involves the manufacturing and assembly of windows and related products to the required quality and production standards.

Role Overview

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining competency appropriate to your level of training and experience.
  • Carry out fabrication and assembly processes in line with company procedures and specifications.
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets as directed by management or team leaders.
  • Check and maintain the quality of all products, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Support the training and mentoring of new team members where required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by management on an ad hoc or regular basis to support production operations.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar production environment.

  • Monday – Thursday 08:00-18:30
  • £26,437 - £28,579 dependant on skill level and competency
