The Role:

This job is based out of our Stockton-On-Tees site - TS19 9PB and will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining timber moulding machinery to produce precision profiles to specification.

Role Overview:

  • Feed raw timber stock into machinery including the 6-headed moulder, bandsaw, and multi-rip saw, ensuring safe and correct operation.
  • Operate saws such as cross-cut and metre saws to cut timber to specified lengths in line with job requirements.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as part of daily production tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to stack machined timber neatly and safely.
  • Accurately complete job cards and other documentation to record daily production data.
  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company and customer standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Assist with other production duties as directed by supervisors to support the smooth running of operations.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and company policies consistently to maintain production efficiency and quality.

What We Offer:

  • Monday - Thursday 07:30hrs - 16:30hrs and Friday 07:30hrs - 13:30hrs
  • £26,437 per annum
