Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family-run, international business currently employing approximately 450 people across our 11 UK sites. With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing, and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers. This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters – MK41 0LF. This is an office based role. We are looking for a keen, experienced, and ambitious individual who can bring their expert knowledge and understanding of SEO to the table, equipped with a powerful and competitive strategy that will pave the way for continued success. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the two of you will work together daily to increase organic traffic over time. Your responsibilities: * You will champion SEO within the department guiding and upskilling the team * Implement KPI reporting dashboards to monitor and report on ongoing performance * You will need to be able to assess performance both from a technical and non-technical perspective and make recommendations for change, working closely with developers * You will be required to write original content for webpages – tailored for the target audience * Constantly check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of Dunster House websites * Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes * Working with other members of the content team to execute link-building strategies * Conducting regular website audits to identify improvements to user journeys and functionality * Optimisation of e-commerce product listings on platforms such as Amazon and Ebay Requirements: * Right to work in the UK without sponsorship * English and Maths GCSE, Grade C or equivalent * Good written English * Data Analysis & Reporting skills. * Attention to detail is essential along with an analytical approach * Advanced practical knowledge of Google Analytics * Excellent knowledge of SEO trends and best practice * Experience in a digital marketing role. Ideally, specifically with an SEO focus * A strong understanding of offsite & onsite optimisation factors * You MUST be passionate about SEO!
