We are looking for a Packing Operative to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

This year alone, we’ve expanded even further — opening four new sites and now employing over 600 amazing people across 15 locations across the UK. For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about designing, manufacturing, and retailing quality garden lifestyle products that help our customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. As garden building specialists, we’re proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.
The Role: This job is based out of our Huntly Factory – AB54 4PS. To support the effective and efficient operation of the Packing area by accurately packing cabin components in line with company quality, safety, and operational standards. The role ensures all products are securely prepared for dispatch to other sites or customers and that the warehouse area is maintained in an organised and compliant condition at all times.
- Pack cabin components onto the roller conveyor, ensuring items are securely wrapped and banded in preparation for transport.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and customer standards prior to dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment, ensuring materials and equipment are stored appropriately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, or quality within the packing process.
Requirements: Right to work in the UK.
What We Offer: Hours of work: 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Thursday; 07:30 – 13:30 Fridays. Overtime available. Free Parking. Referral Programme. 29 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays. Starting salary: £12.21 - £13.00 p/h.
