We are looking for a Driver’s Mate (Driving) to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

Last year alone, we’ve expanded even further — opening four new sites and now employing over 550 amazing people across 15 locations across the UK. For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about designing, manufacturing, and retailing quality garden lifestyle products that help our customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. As garden building specialists, we’re proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.
The Role: This job is based out of our Liverpool Branch – L36 6AD and supports the driver with deliveries by assisting with loading, unloading, navigation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery service.
Role Overview:
- Helping the driver to safely secure the load onto the vehicle
- Assisting the driver with deliveries, as per the driver’s requests and aiding with navigation
- Complying with health and safety rules and regulations
- Keeping your vehicle clean
- Unloading the goods to customers with assistance of the driver
- Represent Dunster House to a superb standard, as an ambassador of the company
Requirements:
- UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Experience with delivery driving or driver’s mate’s duties
- Driving and navigation ability
- Manual handling experience
What We Offer:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week averaged over 52 weeks per year.
- £26,437 per annum
- 29 days holiday including bank holidays
