We are looking for a Despatch Clerk to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role
This job is based out of our Witham Branch – CM8 3HY and involves coordinating and processing customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products.
Role Overview
- Communicating with customers regarding deliveries
- Liaising with other branches regarding stock and deliveries
- Liaising with different departments across the company
- Processing balance payments
- Utilising company systems to monitor stock and plan efficient delivery routes
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Good geographical knowledge
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent C or above
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a nationwide team
- Computer literate
What We Offer
- Monday – Friday, 07:30 -18:00 on a rota basis; Saturdays 09:00-17:00 also on a rota basis (approx. 1 Saturday in 10)
- £26,000 per annum
