We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our despatch team Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing over 500 people across our 14 UK sites. With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers. This job is based out of our Witham Branch – CM8 3HY Job includes * Monday – Friday, 07:30 -18:00 on a rota basis; Saturdays 09:00-17:00 also on a rota basis (approx. 1 Saturday in 10) * Experience in office administration * Updating despatch diaries * Preparing delivery notes two days in advance * Processing balance payments via card net terminals * Checking stock for orders booked and no booked as well * Answering incoming phone calls * Liaising with other branches to swap stock around on transfer orders * Liaising with our various departments and suppliers if needed Requirements * Right to work in the UK * Good geographical knowledge * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Flexibility * Able to work as part of a nationwide team * Computer literate Benefits * Starting Salary: £26,000 * 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays To find out more about us, visit our website to see our overseas factories as well as our links to non-governmental organisations and Corporate Social Responsibility
