We are looking for a branch relief driver to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

This year alone, we’ve expanded even further — opening four new sites and now employing over 600 amazing people across 15 locations across the UK. For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about designing, manufacturing, and retailing quality garden lifestyle products that help our customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. As garden building specialists, we’re proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.
The Role: This job is based out of our Spalding site – PE11 3YR and involves providing accurate and effective administration across the site, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Provide general administrative support to management and site teams, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, production, deliveries, and other operational activities.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of staff, meetings, and site activities.
- Support the preparation and reporting of KPIs, production data, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including job sheets, stock records, and compliance forms.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with health, safety, and security compliance, maintaining records of risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Support procurement and ordering processes, including tracking stock levels and maintaining supply records.
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Assist in the coordination of training, staff inductions, and competency records.
- Help maintain office and site administration areas in a tidy, organised, and compliant manner.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support site operations and management.
