Our Window Sales Advisors can fully expect to earn in the region of £35,000 gross per annum. An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within our Sales Department at our BEDFORD HQ to contact our qualified enquiries. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and ever-growing Sales team.

Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing approximately 470 people across our 11 UK sites. With 31 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products, we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.

Based out of our Bedford HQ MK41 0LF, we can offer you an exciting, challenging and rewarding career. You will be highly motivated with an insatiable desire to produce results, have commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships by being the friendly face or voice of our business. You'll take the time to talk with people either on the phone or on live chat and will build a genuine rapport to identify exactly what they need.

Ideally, you should come from a retail customer service or sales environment with a track record of high achievement and meeting targets. This does not involve cold calling.

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Sociability and ability to establish relationships
  • Eagerness to learn about our fantastic products and to pass this knowledge onto customers

Hours: Opening hours are 8.30 - 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.

Requirements: Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
