We are looking for a Stores Person to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

As garden building specialists, we are proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.

The Role: This job is based out of our Warminster Branch BA12 8SR and is responsible for preparing orders and supporting smooth stores operations through efficient handling of goods.

  • Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and the weights comply with Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (weights are printed on delivery notes and it is dispatch and driver who checks them).
  • Check that all items for delivery are picked and loaded correctly (Pick, check and load all items for deliveries).
  • Ensure all correct paperwork is marked off accordingly.
  • Unloading, receiving and checking the goods correctly and placing in the relevant stores area under routine system.
  • Assisting with weekly stock checks and maintaining tidiness of the stores area.
  • Completion of relevant paperwork and adhering to company policy and procedure.
  • Ensuring safety at all times while driving the forklift.
  • Pick and issue goods for collections.
  • Issue goods from stores to production staff.
  • Receive and store goods made by production.

Requirements: Stores/warehouse experience, Reach/Counter balance experience/licence is desirable, Manual handling skills.

What We Offer: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, between the hours of 07:30 - 18:00, £26,437-£27,477 per annum, 29 days holiday including.
