We are looking for a GP to join our welcoming and forward-thinking team at Dunster & Porlock Surgeries. We are a rural dispensing practice with two sites in Dunster and Porlock, serving approximately 8,600 patients. We have an excellent, stable nursing and administrative team and are committed to providing high-quality, personalised care to our local communities.
What we are looking for:
- A GP who is passionate about continuity of care and family medicine
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- An interest in teaching and supporting GP trainees, FY2 doctors and medical students is welcomed
- An aptitude for leadership and enthusiasm for developing services

Qualifications Essential:
- Qualified General Practitioner
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list.
- This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
