You will play a vital role in supporting and nurturing ourchildren, including those with Special Educational Needs, helping to removebarriers to learning so every child can flourish.
Ourideal candidate will be committed to making a profound difference, particularlyfor our most disadvantaged children, empowering them with the knowledge,skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive. Experience with autism,speech and language development, and knowledge of phonics would also be anadvantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of aLevel 3 qualification that is recognised as full and relevant by the DfE.
