DUNRAVEN SCHOOL OVERVIEW

Dunraven School’s results are strong, remaining well above national averages and representing positive ‘value-added’. Recognition of its marked progress has been significant and its journey as a school is important to us.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, polished and solutions-focused individual to take on a pivotal role within our secondary school to work all year round with our Head of Secondary. You will provide high quality confidential work of a secretarial and administrative nature. The post holder will work in a collegiate way with the PA to the Head of Primary, the wider school team and Trust. The post holder is required to communicate effectively with governors, staff, students, parents and outside agencies. This exciting and varied position would suit an individual who can demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills whilst working in a busy school environment.

  • Ideally some previous administrative/PA/front of house experience working in a fast-paced and professional office environment
  • A person who is able to multi-task, prioritise well and who is highly organised
  • A person with excellent administrative skills
  • A person who can communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • A person with an advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • A person who can maintain confidentiality
  • A great team player who is flexible in their approach to the tasks assigned
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for improving processes
