Key Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead and allocate engineers across planned and reactive maintenance
Prioritise breakdowns and maintenance requirements to minimise production downtime
Drive PPM completion and improve planned versus reactive maintenance
Use the CMMS to allocate, monitor and close maintenance work orders
Lead RCA investigations into repeat and high-impact equipment failures
Deliver daily toolbox talks covering safety, priorities and engineering performance
Manage contractors, including Permit to Work, safety and completion of works
Maintain accurate shift logs, CMMS records and handover information
Work closely with Production xwwtmva and the Technical Engineering Manager
Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend PPM improvements
Coach and develop engineers and act as the first escalation point for shift engineering issues
