The Opportunity
As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational performance by leading maintenance activities, developing engineering capability, and ensuring equipment reliability across the site.
You will be the link between the engineering team and wider production operation, helping to create a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of multi‑skilled engineers across daily engineering operations
- Coordinate engineering workloads and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively
- Drive completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximise equipment reliability
- Support rapid response to breakdowns and minimise production downtime
- Assist engineers with mechanical, electrical, and automation fault diagnosis
- Manage shift handovers and ensure effective communication across engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permit‑to‑work systems, and lockout/tagout processes
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and audit compliance
- Support engineering projects including equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades
