Opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Excellent career development opportunities within a growing business Overtime paid at enhanced rates after 48 hours worked Company pension scheme 28 days annual leave Key Production Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead, organise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets Plan labour allocation effectively to maximise productivity and operational efficiency Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures are always followed Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and GMP requirements Monitor and drive production KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement Minimise waste, downtime, and resource usage while maximising output Ensure production documentation, records, and reporting are completed accurately Monitor production line performance and escalate any equipment or process issues as required What We're Looking For: We are keen to speak with Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, Line Leaders, Shift Supervisors, or Senior Operatives from manufacturing environments including: Food Manufacturing FMCG Required Production Supervisor Qualifications: Essential: GCSEs, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Desirable: HACCP Training Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
