Recruitment Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Develop new business and generate new client relationships
- Manage and develop existing client accounts
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the Food Manufacturing sector
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Arrange interviews and manage client/candidate feedback
- Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful placement
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct outbound business development calls
- Arrange client meetings and develop new Terms of Business
- Maintain accurate records and activity on the recruitment system
- Work towards agreed individual billing and performance targets
- Take ownership of your own recruitment desk and specialist market
Essential Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience
- Proven experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting within Food Manufacturing
- Experience in both business development and candidate delivery
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Confident making business development calls and winning new clients
- Strong candidate management and delivery skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential
- Target-driven and able to demonstrate a successful billing track record
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your desk
- Must be within a commutable distance of Manchester City Centre
