Key Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead, organise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets
  • Plan labour allocation effectively to maximise productivity and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures are always followed
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and GMP requirements
  • Monitor and drive production KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Minimise waste, downtime, and resource usage while maximising output
  • Ensure production documentation, records, and reporting are completed accurately
  • Monitor production line performance and escalate any equipment or process issues as required

What We're Looking For:

We are keen to speak with Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, Line Leaders, Shift Supervisors, or Senior Operatives from manufacturing environments including: Food Manufacturing, FMCG

Required Production Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Essential: GCSEs, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Desirable: HACCP Training, Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
