We are looking for a proactive Transport Assistant to support our busy distribution operation and deliver a first-class service. The role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
What you’ll do:
- Debrief drivers daily and capture key delivery information
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs
- Assist with holiday planning and rota management
- Provide general admin support to keep the department running smoothly
- Work with sales and admin teams to ensure best-in-class customer service
