Joining our Retail Media team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to support with the evolution of our Media capabilities, processes and systems. Your primary goals will be managing delivery of change to our core Media booking and campaign management applications, along with developing our ad serving and measurement capabilities. You will work with internal, external and partner teams, to drive clear roadmaps, delivered effectively with clear strategy and communications to leadership.
Qualifications
- In excess of five years of IT Change/Transformation delivery, being able to evidence successful large scale technical and business change management
- Experience within Commercial IT, Retail, Media or Technology consulting
- Knowledge of modern service driven architecture, cloud computing, data processing technologies and third party integrations
- An expert communicator. You should be able to demonstrate experience in leading the management and communication of large scale change, accountable to a Senior Management team, driving impact assessment and decision making
- Experience of large scale IT change, combined with complex business change and extensive process change. Co-ordinating multiple streams of change toward a single outcome, against clear metrics of success
- Experience 5-8 years
