  • Ownership (along with snr client partner) of monthly, quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and financial rigour of your client accounts

  • Growth strategy for your client area across both new business & retention

  • Own coverage, reporting and key relationship management for clients including brand and agency contacts.

  • Efficient and effective management of your clients balancing both short-and-long term goals.

  • Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.

  • Be confident in offering short term opportunities as well as building strategic growth plans.

  • Using strategic insights, identifying opportunities for growth for your clients

  • Drive new opportunities through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).

  • Maintain a deep understanding and expertise of Tesco Media & Insights platform products and roadmap.

  • Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media and Insights platform plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.

  • Be a key evangelist of Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events.

  • The confidence, ability and experience needed to maximise Tesco Media & Insights platform’s growth ambition.

  • Passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media & Insights platform products and services.

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build and own client contact networks.

  • Proven track record developing a strong sales pipeline, forecast accurately and exceeding commercial targets within a rapidly growing business.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.

  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

  • Good knowledge of brand & performance marketing.

  • The ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.

  • Good track record successful internal and external relationship management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change.

  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject

  • Fluent English

  • 2 years + media sales either within retail media, agency, CPG and/or online advertising experience.

  • Digital experience is advantageous.
