We’re looking for a retailer‑facing Senior Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner and work hand in hand with Tesco’s Insight & Personalisation teams. You’ll work in partnership with data scientists to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and continue to drive customer‑centricity and deliver business value to both Tesco and dunnhumby. This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract.

What you'll be working on:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of relationships, ensuring strong relationships, delivering value, and supporting delivery of key, high priority insight projects.
- Turning data into insights and actions, utilising outputs from our Data Science team or via self‑service tools, and producing actionable outputs for our clients.
- Spotting opportunities to grow engagement, influencing client decisions through insight‑driven recommendations.
- Leading client conversations, consulting on how best to leverage dunnhumby’s customer insight tools and services.
- Supporting new proactive projects and business priorities, contributing to pitches on new prospective projects and supporting new areas of engagement for our team.
- Bringing forward thought leadership, helping shape how the retailer uses customer data to make decisions.
- Delivering best‑in‑class customer insight presentations, bringing the customer to the heart of decisions and supporting Tesco in key strategic changes.
- Partnering with Tesco and internal teams to align on commercial priorities and deliver joint outcomes.
