We’re looking for a talented Head of CRM and Personalisation (12-month FTC) who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Strategy, Propositions & Measurement team, this role will lead the development and delivery of our value proposition across Tesco Clubcard CRM and personalised messaging, couponing, and joint advertising with suppliers. It is a vital role that connects media innovation with Tesco’s broader retail strategy.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Strategic proposition development: build and continually evolve the proposition and product matrix of the retail media business, establishing a clear role of your product portfolio within the broader Brand and Performance propositions.
  • Drive a joint strategy and product roadmap with Tesco Retail and the media product teams. Own the commercial requirements in this process.
  • Working with Tesco Media sales teams, pitch loyalty and personalisation ad products to alpha and beta clients, gaining their direct feedback and improving the proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with Tesco Retail’s marketing, CRM and loyalty teams in joint strategy and execution projects. Maintain strategic alignment with Dunnhumby loyalty teams.
  • Identify key commercial partnerships which support Business Propositions and support the Retail Media Leadership to source and agree commercial partnerships.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong experience within the retail, retail media, advertising or digital marketing industry with exposure to DTC / CRM, loyalty, or e-mail programs and strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute.
