We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Corporate Development Associate to join our Business Strategy team. This will include contributing to the formulation of a 3-year organic & discontinuous growth strategy, anchored in a solid understanding of Retail Media market dynamics and the business itself as well as Ad-Hoc strategic projects. You will apply this knowledge to support the team in identifying business opportunities as well as risks. You will be involved in and expected to contribute at every stage of a project cycle – from discovery, scoping, analysis and delivery. You will also take active interest in exploring & building synergies with dh & Tesco long-term corporate strategy priorities & partners.
- Business acumen (financial planning, P&L and business models)
- Proficiency in data analysis, insights identification and familiarity with basic modelling approaches (e.g. market sizing, pricing, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking & synthesis skills (from situation analysis to business recommendations)
- Ability to manage full cycle of project from discovery, scoping to analysis & delivery.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with experience in addressing diverse audiences.
