We’re looking for a talented Media Enablement Channel Lead – CRM who expects more from their career. This role sits within the Media Enablement (Go‑To‑Market) team and plays a pivotal part in shaping how CRM media channels are brought to market, enabling commercial teams to maximise performance and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM channel strategy – develop and deliver the overarching Media Enablement plan, identifying growth opportunities and driving performance against commercial targets.
  • Lead go‑to‑market execution – coordinate product launches, ensuring compelling sales materials, clear positioning, and effective rollout plans are in place.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration – partner with Product, Sales, Client Services, and Tesco teams to align priorities and deliver against shared goals.
  • Manage key workstreams – oversee training programmes, enablement plans, and strategic initiatives that support business growth.
  • Empower sales teams – act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, gathering feedback, improving tools and collateral, and enabling them to sell effectively.
  • Own the Enablement Hub – ensure all tools, materials, and resources are accessible, up to date, and optimised for media planning teams.
  • Lead governance and planning – work closely with internal and Tesco stakeholders to manage inventory, processes, and joint workplans across CRM channels.
  • Use insights to drive performance – leverage data, feedback, and market trends to continuously refine propositions and improve effectiveness.
  • Champion innovation – identify opportunities to evolve CRM offerings and introduce new ideas that enhance the media proposition.
  • Improve ways of working – streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive efficiency across teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends – bring external insights into the business to ensure Tesco Media remains competitive and forward‑thinking.
